Cleary Gottlieb is representing web hosting company Endurance International Group Holdings in its acquisition of online marketing company Constant Contact. Endurance will acquire all of Constant Contact’s outstanding shares of common stock for $32.00 per share, in cash, valuing Constant Contact at approximately $1.1 billion.
Cleary Gottlieb previously represented Warburg Pincus in its acquisition of Endurance in 2011 and as a selling stockholder in Endurance’s IPO in 2013, and the firm has advised Endurance on several follow-on acquisitions, financing transactions, and corporate matters.
