Cleary Gottlieb represented Q-Cells AG in its initial public offering of 8.2 million ordinary bearer shares (including a 1.6 million over-allotment) through a public offer in Germany and an international private placement to institutional investors. The transaction is valued at €313 million.
Q-Cells is Europe’s largest solar-cell producer and one of the world’s largest manufacturers of photovoltaic cells.
