Cleary Gottlieb represented Goldman Sachs International as placement agent in a Rule 144A/Reg S offering by An Ho Textile Co., Ltd. and Yuan Tong Investment Co., Ltd. of Global Depositary Receipts representing approximately 110 million common shares of Far EasTone Telecommunications Co., Ltd. The $129 million international offering was conducted by Goldman Sachs International as a block trade on an agency basis.
