Five deals on which Cleary Gottlieb advised have been shortlisted as Deals of the Year for The Asian Lawyer’s 2021 Asia Legal Awards:

Securities Deal of the Year: Debt (Korea’s $1.4 billion foreign exchange equalization bonds; Mongolia’s $600 million sovereign bond for sustainable development)
Securities Deal of the Year: Equity (Big Hit Entertainment’s $820 million IPO on Korea Exchange)
Private Equity Deal of the Year (China Biologic Products’ $4.76 billion take-private)
TMT Deal of the Year (Huya and DouYu’s $6 billion merger)
