Four Cleary Gottlieb Deals Shortlisted for 2023 Asia Legal Awards

Four deals on which Cleary Gottlieb advised have been shortlisted as Deals of the Year for Law.com International’s 2023 Asia Legal Awards:

• Securities Deal of the Year: Debt (Hyundai Heavy Industries green notes offering)
• Securities Deal of the Year: Debt (Korea Development Bank $1 billion notes issuance)
• Securities Deal of the Year: Equity (Burning Rock Biotech’s London listing)
• ESG Deal of the Year (Export-Import Bank of Korea Term Note Program)

The winners will be announced March 30 at a ceremony in Singapore.
