GBL and Sienna IM in Sale of Sienna Real Estate to Atland

Cleary Gottlieb advised Groupe Bruxelles Lambert (GBL) and Sienna Investment Managers (Sienna IM) in the context of the sale of Sienna Real Estate to Atland.

Sienna IM acquired Sienna Real Estate (f/k/a L’Etoile Properties), an independent investment and asset manager with more than 30 years’ experience in the European real estate market, in 2021.

Atland is a listed real estate group with €6.5 billion in assets under management as of December 31, 2025. Atland operates in both asset management and development.

The closing of the transaction occurred on February 20, 2026.
