George Cary Selected as Law360 Competition MVP

Cleary Gottlieb partner George Cary has been named a Law360 MVP in Competition for his role advising on some of the most high-stakes antitrust matters during the past year.
George was lauded for his role representing 21st Century Fox in securing U.S. antitrust approval for the $71.3 billion sale of its entertainment assets, advising Dow Chemical Co. on antitrust aspects in its merger with E. I. du Pont de Nemours & Co., and his representation of T-Mobile in connection with its merger with Sprint Co.
George was previously named a Law360 Competition MVP in 2014.
