Goldman Sachs, Crédit Suisse and HSBC in 2014 U.S. Resolution Planning

Cleary Gottlieb recently advised Crédit Suisse and Goldman Sachs in the preparation of their third U.S. resolution plans, and HSBC in the preparation of its second U.S. resolution plan, as required by the Dodd-Frank Act and the FDIC. These plans were filed as of July 1, 2014. The firm currently represents over 20 major U.S. and non-U.S. financial institutions with respect to their U.S. resolution plans, including American Express, BNP Paribas, Capital One, Credit Agricole, PNC and Toronto Dominion, as well as a Brazilian bank and a number of other U.S., Asian and European banks.
