Hamilton Insurance Group’s IPO

Cleary Gottlieb is representing Blackstone, as selling shareholder, in the initial public offering of Hamilton Insurance Group Ltd. (Hamilton).

Hamilton listed its common stock on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “HG.” The IPO priced on November 9, 2023, and is scheduled to close on November 14, 2023.

Hamilton is a Bermuda-headquartered company that underwrites specialty insurance and reinsurance risks on a global basis through its wholly owned subsidiaries.
