Cleary Gottlieb represented BofA Merrill Lynch, Citi, J.P. Morgan, The Royal Bank of Scotland and Hana Daetoo Investment Bank as joint lead managers in a Rule 144A and Reg. S offering by Hana Bank of $500 million of 4.5% notes due 2015 under Hana Bank’s $6 billion Global Medium Term Note Program. The closing took place on April 30, 2010.
