Heather Nyong’o Named a ‘Top Antitrust Lawyer’ in 2025 by Daily Journal

Cleary Gottlieb partner Heather Nyong’o was honored in Daily Journal’s 2025 ‘Top Antitrust Lawyers’ report.

The recognition highlights her extensive antitrust experience and numerous high-profile victories, including defending Varsity Brands in class action litigation alleging conspiracy to monopolize multiple markets (one case dismissed, two settled) and serving as trial counsel for Tempur Sealy in its $5 billion acquisition of Mattress Firm, where she helped defeat FTC opposition to the deal.
