Cleary Gottlieb is representing Henkel KGaA in the acquisition of the cartridge silicone sealants business of French Rhodia Group. The acquisition involves the purchase of operations in Germany, Great Britain and France, and is subject to regulatory approvals. The purchase price was not disclosed.
