HomeServe in Raising of $1.2 Billion to Refinance Existing Facilities

Cleary Gottlieb represented Brookfield Infrastructure Partners and HomeServe USA in the raising of a $1.05 billion first lien TLB and $150 million RCF in order to fully refinance its existing USD loans under a senior bridge facility.
