HSBC and J.P. Morgan in $600 Million Notes Offering

Cleary Gottlieb represented HSBC Securities and J.P. Morgan Securities as initial purchasers, in the issuance by Empresa Nacional del Petróleo of $600 million of its 4.375% Notes due 2024. The issuance of the notes closed on October 30, 2014.

Empresa Nacional del Petróleo is the largest hydrocarbon producer and only petroleum products refiner in Chile.
