Hygiena Acquires DuPonts Global Food Safety Diagnostic Business

Cleary Gottlieb is representing Hygiena, a Warburg Pincus portfolio company that specializes in rapid food safety and environmental sanitation testing, in its acquisition of DuPont Nutrition & Health’s global food safety diagnostic business. 

The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2017, pending customary closing conditions, including regulatory approvals.
