We are very sorry to announce that our retired partner, Steve Dinces, passed away on February 10, 2017.
Steve joined the firm as an associate in New York in 1962, became a partner in 1970, and retired in 1996. He had a versatile practice participating in several areas of corporate work including municipal finance, real estate, securities, and ERISA and benefits.
Following his retirement, Steve served as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation (Freddie Mac).
Steve’s thoughtful and considerate counsel contributed greatly to the success of the firm, and for many of his contemporaries his annual clambake was a highlight of the summer.
