International Flavors & Fragrances in $300 Million Senior Note Offering

Cleary Gottlieb represented the underwriters, led by Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, in the first SEC-registered debt offering by International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. of $300 million aggregate principal amount of its senior notes due 2023. The transaction priced on April 1 and closed on April 4.
