JC Flowers & Co in Sale of Fidea to Chinese Insurer

Cleary Gottlieb is representing JC Flowers & Co in the sale of Fidea, a Belgian insurance company, to Chinese insurer AnBang for an undisclosed consideration. Closing of the transaction is subject to regulatory approvals. Cleary Gottlieb had already represented JC Flowers in its initial acquisition of Fidea from KBC.
