Cleary Gottlieb partner Jen Kennedy Park was honored in Daily Journal’s 2025 “Top White-Collar Lawyers” report.
Jen has spent more than 20 years at Cleary building a practice in white-collar defense, enforcement actions, crisis management, and complex disputes.
This recognition highlights her extensive experience and numerous high-profile matters, including the groundbreaking investigation of former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo and being appointed by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) to lead an independent review into allegations of toxic workplace culture, sexual harassment, and discrimination following a Wall Street Journal exposé. In April 2024, the FDIC board published the report word-for-word. The investigation drew from accounts of more than 600 people and included recommendations to improve the FDIC’s workplace, with Jen serving as primary drafter on many of the recommendations. The team presented findings to the FDIC board and later testified before House and Senate committees.
Daily Journal’s “Top White-Collar Lawyers” list is an annual feature that honors exceptional white-collar attorneys in California who have delivered outstanding results for their clients, demonstrated leadership, and significantly contributed to the legal profession.
