Jinduk Han and Cleary Gottlieb Shortlisted for ALB Korea Law Awards 2021

Cleary Gottlieb partner Jinduk Han has been named a finalist for ALB Korea Law Awards’ 2021 “Dealmaker of  the Year” honor and Cleary has been shortlisted for “International Deal Firm of the Year.”

In addition, nine deals on which Cleary advised have been named finalists:

• Debt Market Deal of the Year (Kookmin Bank’s Issuance of Covered Bonds, Naver Corporation’s Issuance of Sustainability Notes, NongHyup Bank’s Issuance of Social Bonds, SK Battery America’s Issuance of Green Notes, SK Hynix’s Issuance of Green Bonds, and The Republic of Korea’s Issuance of Foreign Exchange Equalization Bonds)
• Equity Market Deal of the Year (Big Hit Entertainment’s IPO, ESR Kendall Square REIT’s IPO, and SK ie technology’s IPO)
