Johnson Controls to Sell ADT Mexico to Verisure

Cleary Gottlieb is representing Johnson Controls in its sale of ADT Mexico to Verisure.

ADT Mexico is a provider of professionally monitored security services to more than 125,000 residential and small business customers in Mexico. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close in the second half of 2025.
