Katherine Mooney Carroll Named "Finance Up and Coming Lawyer of the Year" at the Chambers USA Women in Law Awards 2013; Francesca Odell Nominated for "Finance Lawyer of the Year"

Katherine Mooney Carroll received the “Finance Up and Coming Lawyer of the Year” award at the Chambers USA Women in Law Awards 2013. In addition, Francesca Odell was nominated as “Finance Lawyer of the Year.” The awards were presented by American Express Executive Vice President and General Counsel Louise Parent and DuPont Senior Counsel Laura Beth Taylor on January 15 at a ceremony in New York.

The Chambers Women in Law Awards are the most comprehensive national awards for women lawyers in the United States and recognize the most outstanding performances from women lawyers over the past year. Nominees were chosen based on the success of the individual’s commercial practice as well as her involvement in gender diversity and equality; mentoring; and public service and social activism.
