KKR Forms KKR Global Impact II

Cleary Gottlieb represented KKR in the formation of KKR Global Impact Fund II (KKR GIF II), KKR’s second global impact fund focused on investing in companies whose products and services contribute measurable progress toward the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

KKR GIF II held its final closing with $2.8 billion in aggregate commitments, more than double the size of its predecessor fund, KKR Global Impact Fund, on which Cleary also represented.
