Klépierre Group in Tender Offer for Shares of Klémurs

Cleary Gottlieb represented the Klépierre Group in connection with Klépierre’s tender offer for the shares of its subsidiary Klémurs.

The draft offer documents have been filed with the French AMF (Autorité des marchés financiers) on January 31. As of the filing date, Klépierre held approximately 85 % of the share capital of Klémurs.

Klépierre is a French REIT (Société d’investissement immobilier cotée) and a leading player in retail real estate in Europe.

Klémurs is also a French REIT, managing and developing a property portfolio composed of assets in the mass retailing, services, and retail industries.
