Korea Gas Corporation’s $450 Million and $350 Million Bond Offering

Morgan, KB Securities, KDB, Mirae Asset Securities, and UBS, as joint bookrunners and joint lead managers, in the update of Korea Gas Corporation’s $11 billion global medium-term note program and in Rule 144A/Reg S offerings of $450 million 1.125% notes due 2026 and $350 million 2% notes due 2031 under the program.

The notes were listed on the Singapore Exchange. The offerings priced on July 6, 2021, and closed on July 13, 2021.

Established in 1983, Korea Gas Corporation is currently the sole wholesale distributor of natural gas in Korea and is one of the largest importers of LNG in the world.
