Cleary Gottlieb represented BNP Paribas, Citigroup and HSBC, as joint bookrunners and joint lead managers, in a Rule 144A/Reg S offering of $350 million 2.25% notes due 2020 by Korea Resources Corporation under its $3 billion Global Medium Term Note Program. The offering priced on April 23 and closed on April 29. The notes were listed on the Singapore Exchange.
