BNP PARIBAS, Citigroup, Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, J.P. Morgan and Nomura served as initial purchasers for the offering, which closed on August 7, 2017. The notes are listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange. KT Corporation’s shares are listed on the Korea Exchange, and its ADSs are listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
