La Poste in €250 Million Issuance under Euro MTN Program

Cleary Gottlieb represented La Poste in the issue of €250 million 2.75% notes due November 2024 under its €7 billion Euro Medium Term Note (EMTN) Program. The notes are to be assimilated and form a single series with the existing €750 million 2.75% notes due November 2024 issued under La Poste’s EMTN Program on November 26, 2012. The notes issued are listed on the regulated market of NYSE Euronext in Paris. This issuance, which priced on November 5 and closed on November 14, was led by Crédit Agricole CIB and Natixis.
