Cleary Gottlieb represented Latour Capital and Bpifrance in connection with their consortium acquisition of the Environment Division of Plastic Omnium.
The acquisition, which closed on December 18, 2018, is a primary LBO, led by Latour Capital in consortium with Bpifrance.
The Environment Division of Plastic Omnium is the European leader in the containerization of waste through a broad range of products and services dedicated to waste management, consisting of container solutions, related services, and digital solutions to manage waste collection. The Environment Division generated an annual revenue of €340 million and employs 1,800 people operating across 12 countries.
