Cleary Gottlieb advised Latour Capital in connection with the acquisition of a controlling stake in Group Santiane from BlackFin Capital Partners.
The management team led by Pierre-Alain Miche de Malleray remains at the helm of the group after having reinvested in the transaction.
The acquisition closed on December 10, 2020.
Created in 2007, Santiane is a leading health and protection individual insurance broker in France combining direct brokerage and wholesale brokerage. The company is based in Paris, Lille, Nice and Casablanca and has a workforce of around 400 people.
