Latour Capital in the Sale of Santiane

Cleary Gottlieb is representing Latour Capital in the proposed sale of Santiane to Kereis, a portfolio company of Advent International.

The transaction is subject to an information and consultation process involving Santiane’s employee representative bodies and certain regulatory approvals.

Founded in 2006, Santiane is a leading player in personal insurance brokerage in France, specializing in Health, Protection, and Borrower’s Insurance, serving over 750,000 clients and built on a strong culture of innovation and client service.
