Latour Capital to Acquire Omni-Pac Group

Cleary Gottlieb is representing Latour Capital in the acquisition of Omni-Pac Group from Motion Equity Partners.

After consultation of the relevant works council and completion of antitrust filings, completion is expected in the first semester of 2021.

Founded in 1977, Omni-Pac Group is the leader in moulded fibre packaging in Europe.

The acquisition closed on May 19, 2021.

Latour Capital is a management company that primarily invests in the French buyout market with a focus on primary and off-market transactions. It currently invests via Latour Capital III.
