Cleary Gottlieb represented BofA Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank Securities, Baird, William Blair & Company and Janney Montgomery Scott as the underwriters in a $113 million SEC-registered follow-on public offering of American Depositary Shares of WNS. The offering, including full exercise of the underwriters’ over-allotment option, closed on February 15.
