Cleary Gottlieb served as transaction counsel in connection with Lotte Shopping Co., Ltd.’s Regulation S offering of US$400 million 3.875% Notes due 2016. The Notes are listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange. Citi and BNP Paribas acted as joint lead managers. The offering closed on April 7, 2011.
