Cleary Gottlieb represented Citigroup, Oppenheimer & Co. and SG Cowen & Co. as underwriters in LV Capital USA, Inc.’s secondary offering of its approximately 18% stake in Inter Parfums, Inc., consisting of 3.4 million shares. The underwriters have an option to purchase up to approximately a half million additional shares from two other significant Inter Parfums’ shareholders. The shares will be traded on the Nasdaq National Market.
