Cleary Gottlieb is acting as counsel to Grupo Inbursa, a financial services company in Mexico and secured lender to multiple entities in the Mossi & Ghisolfi S.p.A. corporate group (M&G), in the restructuring of M&G debt in Brazil, Mexico and the United States.
The firm is also advising on planning in connection with the Chapter 11 proceedings of certain M&G group entities and the provision of debtor-in-possession lending by Inbursa to M&G and development of a sale process to maximize the value of the M&G estates’ assets.
