Mac-Gray Corporation in Acquisition by CSC ServiceWorks

Cleary Gottlieb represented Bank of America Merrill Lynch, as financial advisor to Mac-Gray Corporation, in connection with Mac-Gray’s agreement to be acquired by CSC ServiceWorks, Inc. for approximately $584 million in cash. The transaction closed on January 9.
