Mall Properties in Sheraton Suites Galleria Acquisition

Cleary Gottlieb represented Mall Properties (“MPI”) in connection with its acquisition and financing of the Sheraton Suites Galleria Hotel, a 17-story, 277-key all-suite hotel located in Atlanta. Annaly Commercial Real Estate Group, a subsidiary of Annaly Capital Management, provided financing for the acquisition and planned renovation of the hotel. MPI is a privately owned real estate firm specializing in the development, acquisition and management of commercial real estate.
