Cleary Gottlieb represented Manitou group in the acquisition of Terex Equipment Private Limited in India.
The transaction will allow Manitou group to reinforce its ambitions for the handling market in India and, more broadly, in Asia and emerging countries.
Terex Equipment Private Limited, founded in 2003, is the world leader in all-terrain material handling and specializes in the design, manufacturing and distribution of construction equipment such as backhoe loaders and skid steer loaders.
