Martina Ercolanese Wins Young ITA Writing Award

Cleary Gottlieb trainee lawyer Martina Ercolanese won the 2021 Young Institute for Transnational Arbitration (ITA) Writing Award for her paper, “Issues of Jurisdiction and Admissibility in the ‘Crimean’ Arbitral Proceedings,” which will be published in the ITA journal, ITA in Review.

The annual award, “New Voices in International Arbitration,” recognizes research in the field of international arbitration by young practitioners, academics, and students. The award and prize will be presented virtually at the ITA Advisory Board Annual Meeting on June 17 during the 2021 Virtual ITA Workshop and Annual Meeting.
