Cleary Gottlieb partners Meredith Kotler and Victor Hou were selected as The American Lawyer’s “Litigators of the Week” for their roles as lead counsel to National Amusements Inc. (NAI) in its litigation against and recent settlement agreement with CBS Corporation.
The settlement dismisses CBS and NAI’s pending corporate control litigation and includes the transition to new CBS leadership, with NAI retaining its voting control over CBS.
