Cleary Gottlieb represented Citigroup Global Markets Limited, as dealer manager, in a cash tender offer by National Grid plc to purchase up to $300 million in aggregate principal amount of its 6.30% Notes due 2016.
The tender offer launched on September 6, expired on October 4 and closed on October 5.
