Cleary Gottlieb advised longtime client Neopost in its acquisition of 100% of the shares in AW Postcom Postbearbeitungs- und Kommunikationssysteme Vertriebs GmbH, a German distributor and servicer of franking machines and other mailroom equipment. The deal closed on December 19, 2008.
