New Hilton CEO in Blackstone Negotiations

Cleary Gottlieb represented Christopher Nassetta in negotiations with Blackstone Group LP, leading to his appointment as the new Chief Executive Officer and President of recently acquired Hilton Hotels Corp. Mr. Nassetta currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Host Hotels & Resorts Inc., the nation’s largest publicly traded hotel owner.
