Nexans in €600 Million Multicurrency Revolving Facility

Cleary Gottlieb represented Nexans, a worldwide expert in the cable and cabling systems industry, and Nexans Services, its Belgian subsidiary, in connection with a €600 million multicurrency revolving facility arranged by Banco Santander, BNP Paribas, Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft, filiale Luxembourg, Crédit Agricole, HSBC, Natixis, Nordea Bank Norge and Société Générale (the corporate and investment banking division of Société Générale) as mandated lead arrangers and bookrunners and Credit Industriel et Commercial, ING Bank acting through its French Branch and J.P. Morgan as lead arrangers. The facility agreement was signed on December 14, 2015.

This new facility refinanced the facility made available to Nexans under the existing €540 million multicurrency revolving facility agreement dated December 1, 2011, as amended on December 19, 2012 and February 5, 2013.
