Nexans in €800 Million Multicurrency Revolving Facility

Cleary Gottlieb represented Nexans and one of its French subsidiaries Nexans Financial and Trading Services in connection with a €800 million multicurrency revolving facility.
BNP Paribas, Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, Caisse Régionale de Crédit Agricole Mutuel de Paris et d’Ile de France, Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft, Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A., succursale de Paris, Natixis, Nordea Bank ABP, Filial I Norge, and Société Générale acted as mandated lead arrangers and bookrunners, and Banco Santander S.A., Crédit Industriel et Commercial, Deutsche Bank Luxembourg S.A., J.P. Morgan SE, Scotiabank (Ireland) DAC, and Standard Chartered Bank AG acted as lead arrangers.
The facility agreement was signed on October 25, 2022.
The new facility refinanced the facility made available to Nexans under the existing €600 million multicurrency revolving facility agreement dated December 14, 2015, as amended on December 12, 2018.
