Nicholas Levy and Aleksandra Wierzbicka Honored with 2025 Law360 Distinguished Legal Writing Award

Cleary Gottlieb partner Nicholas Levy and associate Aleksandra Wierzbicka were honored with the prestigious 2025 Law360 Distinguished Legal Writing Award for their article, “How the Draghi Report May Impact EU Merger Control.”

Their article examines how EU merger control is likely to evolve in response to the Draghi Report’s recommendations.
