Cleary Gottlieb acted as English and U.S. counsel to joint global coordinators and joint bookrunners ABG Sundal Collier Norge ASA, DNB Markets, a part of DNB Bank ASA, and Goldman Sachs International in the offering of shares of Odfjell Drilling. The offering consisted of a public offering in Norway and an institutional offering outside Norway of 56 million shares or 28% of Odfjell’s shares. The offering price was NOK 42 per share. The offering closed on October 2.
