Cleary Gottlieb acted as U.S. and U.K. counsel to Bank Muscat SOAG in connection with the establishment of Bank Muscat Private Equity Fund II L.P., a Caymans “fund of funds” that is designed to provide Middle Eastern investors with exposure to a diversified portfolio of private equity funds.
Cleary Gottlieb had previously acted for Bank Muscat, the largest bank in Oman, in connection with its listing on the London Stock Exchange.
