Cleary Gottlieb represented OneConnect Financial Technology Co. Ltd. (OneConnect) in a $356.4 million SEC-registered follow-on offering of American depositary shares (ADSs).

The offering priced on August 12, 2020, and closed on August 17, 2020.

Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, and China PA Securities acted as joint bookrunners for the offering.

OneConnect, an associate of Ping An Group, is a leading technology-as-a-service platform for financial institutions in China. The company is an “emerging growth company,” and its ADSs are listed on the NYSE under the symbol “OCFT.”
